You do know that you could’ve put the dispenser directly the block with the button, right? That would have made your design 2 blocks wide

This creation could be made so much more simply! You’d need 4 torches and 4 dispensers. Dispensers shoot through blocks and so you’d just put a torch on the back of the button block and a dispenser above it.

although I like the idea, there are some ways to do this a lot smaller

Don’t think some of you heard, I realise you could make one a million times simpler but I don’t really care and a lot of others don’t unless you are bothered to actually make a video and show it and people enjoy it. If you could be bothered to listen, you’d have heard that I said ‘I like to overcomplicate things’ because I think its more interesting.

To anyone about to build this, you can make the string of repeaters at the bottom much more manageable by using a checkerboard pattern of repeaters and wires. Also, with the dispensers you can put a repeater in front of all the torches that lead to the raised dispensers and use a wire on top and the lowered ones can use a wire from the torch and a repeater to power the dispenser for an equal delay time.

Well said, the design does look really fun and also gives loads more opportunity to play around with to add extras :)

i understand what you mean, but where is the fun in that, why use a different t flip flop, coz why not. minecraft is for creativity

Doesn’t anyone listen! He said he DOESN’T CARE if you have a more compact one! Plus this is a good video anyways.

October 21st, 2012 at 9:18 AM

October 21st, 2012 at 9:23 AM

I don’t get why can’t you just put a dispenser behind the wall then a button. -.-

Are you deliberately being annoying?
October 21st, 2012 at 9:36 AM
I don’t see the point in it being so long? It may aswell just be 4/5 blocks for travel + REDSTONE…

I can make this same base contraption with 12 redstone torches no repeaters or redstone wire
