Minecraft – Feed the Beast: Episode 2 – A new hope
Second episode in my feed the beast series! its starting off a bit slow but the stuff I find helps me get a major head start. Also, ignore the starwars references.

Aaaaand you can use rei s minimap to mark a location, with M or N

You can press M and setup some checkpoints, so you will find your way back easier on the map.

Tyken mess with some of the map settings and you can see more around you.
you can see were mobs are
but the best is if you go to inventory and look for the options button “mine was lower left screen”
but if you turn on hints you should see it idk exact name but whenever you look at a block with your crosshair and it tells you what it is highlighted on the top right
