i can see uses for a 1 tick pulse but not sure what you would use 2-4 ticks when you can just put a repeater on a delay anywhere anyway but nice flippy floppy

I think it might be a little different then a lever, only because a lever can send or not send the signal, yet a button can send the signal one way, be pushed, then send it another, I suppose a lever could do this if it had and inverted part and a straight redstone part.
