this would help me alot but i have to have my dads administrator password in order for me to do this and then i would be able to get the server i wanted

If it’s just 2 hours a weekend, you’ll be fine. Although Minecraft servers use a lot of internet, yours will probably recharge within a night. Paid servers have bigger internet batteries and thus can run 24/7 without interruption, while PCs and laptops have just enough to run a browser and some other programs requiring access to the internet.
