Use water to move the melons and pumpkins underground, it saves you a lot of iron and wood.

Xisuma, use water and ice tunnels for saving up some iron. Use the hoppers at the end for putting it into chest.

Use some conventional water streams instead of hoppers so u dont have to craft tons of hoppers!

I think that you can use the old water streams way to bring your items through the corridors. It’s slower, but I don’t think that the distance will make the items despawn, so at the end, you’ll get everything anyway.
