and I tried understanding it, please skip some things out :(

I have a few things to say so here we go:
Numero uno: I didn’t here you say episode 11 so I never looked, so when you
said that you said episode 11 and you were only making us check I was like
“what?! when did etho say that?!”
Numero due (part 1): You should find a way to create electricity with the
steam using the steam dynamos in Thermal Expansion and you can increase
your production of steam with Railcraft’s steam boiler. If you take that
and put it on a massive scale
Numero due (part 2): You might even be able to have it inside the mountain
and the entrance can be in the elevator, or maybe the dynamos can be
underground with the entrance in the elevator and the steam boilers can be
on the surface in a specially designed building that is specifically for
steam, and you can have pipes filled with water, steam and (if you are
using a Liquid Fuelled Firebox you can use Creosote Oil, Forestry Bio-Fuel
and Buildcraft Fuel [Lava for some strange reason dose not count as a valid
liquid fuel) or (if you are using a Solid Fuelled Firebox then you can use
Coal or Coal Coke) of course you could always use the steam from Glenns
Gasses to fuel it but I am not sure if Thermal Expansion will accept it as
a valid fuel…but you could always use the gas for like you said,
decoration of the buildings in the city.
Numero tre: You could try to find some “supercharged” coloured torch or
fire that emits light and use it for the lamps, or you could find a way to
use Glenns Gasses to make a type of gas light up or glow when it comes into
contact with a torch or heat source (don’t think this is possible, I didn’t
find it anywhere but still a good idea for the mod maker, maybe you could
contact him and ask him if he would be willing to add something like that,
or maybe a lantern that is powered by gas).
Numero quattro: You should make Glenns gasses an optional mod, when you
install the pack it will ask you if you want to add certain mods (actually
wait…I think that is the ATLauncher, in FTB launcher I think it is
customise mod and you can enable optional mods)
That is all from me, thanks for reading :)

Hey etho you should make an npc named Genny and make him run around towns
and troll people or cause destruction like Genny does. (It could be an
event once every blood moon or something like that)

Etho, I think you should try make a shepherd NPC, you could test if sheep
follow NPCs with wheat, or go for a massively over-complicated version, and
make sheep NPCs which follow the shepherd. I think it’d be quite cool to
see a shepherd, and a flock of sheep slowly travelling around the hills,
and you could give the shepherd trades, so you can buy wool off him.

Etho, I can’t remember if you have Extra Utilities? But if you do, craft a
note block surrounded by wool… It’s a sound muffler that you can leave
close to noisy things.

You should have some random nasty fluids like sewage running in canals all
over the steampunk/industrial city so it seems kinda dirty and polluted.
Also, I think you should try to make some zeppelins like those on bioshock
infinite and have them floating above the city, connected to air terminals
by some kinda of drawbridge

Two things i want t ask, 1. How you considered iguana tweeks to add to the
mod pack, it think you will like it since you preffer to have 1 tool you
use all the time, just set the level cap to 99 and enjoy
2. try using a sound muffler, it should be in your modpack, and it will
dampen the sounds of the machines so you don’t have to keep turning your
volume down

A few tips:
1. Rotarycraft actually has a super easy learning curve, you just tried to
skip most of it. A grinder can be perfectly run by a steam engine. Those
are super easy to run: Netherrack + Flint and Steel, engine on top, water
in the back (use a liquid transfer node with some upgrades, it requires
lots of water not to blow up) and a worm gear before connecting to the
grinder if I remember correctly. If you need any help with Rotarycraft feel
free to ask or check out the videos by SentinalhMC, they’re old but still
fine and stick to the learning curve of RC.
2. If you want to get rid of mobs without lighting the whole place up,
place a magnum torch in the ground somewhere. It can be hidden but it will
prevent mobs from spawning in a large radius. Might also be a solution to
your village people attacking mobs.
Keep up the good work :)

Hey Etho, Will you start doing IndustrialCraft2 stuff?
February 18th, 2015 at 8:40 AM
I know its kind of old now, but i think you should try playing pixelmon
because i think it still might be fun when you play it
