@Etho : I think it’s better to have a shutdown mechanism instead of a startup mechanism in your script in case the settings change from game to game.
In order to ensure consistency, it’s usually better to clean up its own mess afterward than cleaning the mess of a previous run.

I wish I could get on the mindcrack ftb server but its whitelisted. (Plus I dont have a good enough computer to get minecraft on it. Only pocket edition.) You’re lucky to do mindcrack and know Guude.

This map will turn of looking very cool! But the problem I have with it is all their using is bows and the main idea of the map oh so long ago was there would be mining lasers and dynamite and all this cool FTB stuff. Without all those cool weapons this is basically a map that could be achieved in vanilla, but with command blocks.

You should set your variables to be local. All that requires is the “local” keyword before the first declaration. eg. “local GameState = 0″
What that does is limit the scope of the variables to that script (or function, if you declare it in a function) so that they don’t affect other programs that use the same variable names.

Just a suggestion, add the line local senderId, message, distance rednet.receive()
so you can start it remotely based on the contents of message. It just keeps you from needing someone at the computer.

I like how FTB is slowly transitioning you from building and redstoning using simple minecraft blocks, to actually writing code and programs. :P

what programming language are you used to??
June 17th, 2013 at 9:18 AM
Not like programming though.
Many languages for humans and other species have huge differences to each others language.
I guess I should say all modern program languages though. But I guess there some uncommon exceptions there as well.

In Call of Duty, the game mode Domination does not have a specific time for each game. The game ends when one team reaches 200 points and a team gains 1 point every 5 seconds for each flag they control.

Etho it doesn’t make any sense why would u add 1 reach sec it should be 3 points and the capture point only give u one point
June 17th, 2013 at 9:28 AM
has a low blast though, so it doesn’t destroy cobble and stuff
June 17th, 2013 at 9:30 AM
You should make a Battlefield map where the map is huge and the vehicles are jetpacks and you can have 5 capture points!

Ask guude to add xreliquary to the server. It adds guns with different bullets( like classes) and hand grenades
