Potions of weekness heal mobs
You need a splash potion of heling to kill mobs.

The island and the house are really getting highly developped and stuff! :) But it would be really cool having the interior of your house rebuilt and decorated. THAT would make it the prefect house :) It would have everything AND would be highly decorated :p

under the small pond near the gulf of your island, there is A HUGE CAVE you probably want to check that out if you can’t find it i can get and exact coordinate but look for the small litte pond and there are 3 deep spaces and dig a 2×2 all the way down there is also a mineshaft there, really hope you check it out (if you have seen this cave, give it some likes!)

Look up the Iron Golem farm episode from the Yogscast and do something similar maybe faster with lava or tie it into the mob spawner to have them fight each other in a glass room?
