You should use a oil for power, it is much more compact and you can import oil to power it.

xisuma you can import ore, coal, metal, alloy, and plastics from the global market so that you can immediately remove the coal and ore mines to utilize the space in a more profitable fashion.

Xisuma, you can create a new city and then gift a couple million simoleans to that city and put in all your utilities and such. Then buy power and water, and send your sewage there. I’ve done it before and it gets water to everyone without hurting your hourly income as much either. If the city you put all your utilities in has a negative hourly, it won’t lose any money as long as you don’t play in it and it has plenty of money in it when you are in it. It’s a great system.

When you where looking at the schools there was a bar in the lower right corner with green graduation caps that said education level. So maybe that extra thousand people that aren’t being educated are in the last two higher levels and because there isn’t a school for them they aren’t going. I hope you figure it out soon and move the schools into the residential area so people can walk and you can get rid of the derby buses that aren’t working.

If the university is too much, try the community college?

It’s about time someone tells you that it reads unFILLED jobs and not unFULfilled jobs, Xisuma.

did you buy the game? because otherwise, it is stealing.

I was quite suprised that in your ultimate city, you don’t have a strict grid pattern- for traffic.

Please place a school in each residential area. The schools are way too far away from where the people live.

why not try making two highschools, with one very close to each neighborhood? not sure if that would help, but just an idea :)
June 9th, 2013 at 9:29 AM
xisuma try adding some parking lots to help with the traffic

Xisuma, place an university and destroy any other education building !
When you first placed an university, the technology level of your citizens has gone up ! That is making them unable to go to grade/high school !

Xisuma, the school should really be close to the residential areas. So maybe a couple high schools and a elementary school just off the lower class area and a high school over by the upper class people. Therefore they can walk and be transported much faster. I’m not sure why the game thinks location is so important, but trust me it definitely is.

Try using one maxed out highschool and one maxed out grade school rather than multiple, un-upgraded schools.
June 9th, 2013 at 9:41 AM
try putting the schools near the residential area
thumb up so xisuma sees
