Keralis, start a new city and focus on making very high-class buildings + casinos and an airport. As well as focus on making things to destroy/recycle garbage in that city so you can export from city 1 to city 2 and make money in both cities.
The idea is to support eachother with what each is lacking. Each city will need tourists but you gotta support eachother. This is the whole point to having ‘regions’ in Sim City. You gotta make em all work together for epicness. It’s not a 1 city game.

open a casino treat sick people so there can be more workers.
