Play the game normally, when you get the ankh kill yourself before the final boss and kill it as blue baby :)

JC if you read this do the large marge challenge it can be rather easy and the dr.fetus challenge it unlocks mega fetus :).

Utero and the Womb are 2 different dungeons, even if they look like the same and are the same in real life! They seem to contain different bosses and mobs!

You could’ve used the charriot card to be invincibe for a few seconds and give the dark judgement some hearts without taking damage

oh, Satan seems to be insanely strong! It somehow scared me when he turned from a (sort of) peaceful sitting guy who sort of tells you to choose a trade wisely by his gesture into a giant monster with insane power!

JC, to get samson you need to ignore the item in the treasure-room, because every time you enter the treasure room you pick up the item and then drop it again, this way you will never get samson.
I hate to say this, but thumbs up so he can see!
