JC the Match stick makes it so that special items have a higher chance of being a bomb type item.

The safety cap results in a higher chance of items that get dropped being pills.

also JC with how few comments are here Im assuming youll read this, you remember my mining of isaac map? well its had to be completely revamped and as one person I cant really upgrade the map as fast as these awesome snapshots are going. as one person working on my map it will be done soon, and it will be awesome with all these command block features.
