See people, This is the kind of thing that (for many of us) makes Minecraft fun. These designs are both much better than using Just a dispenser.

Hi MCA, I have a question about the cart rear delivery method…
Do you find that the block being pushed by the rear piston after the minecart is deployed to the track pushes the cart forward slightly so it doesn’t get the momentum when the rail is powered? I noticed in your video (at 1:43) it nudged the cart forward and was wondering if this might pose a significant problem?
Btw I’ve found your videos brilliant and helped inspire some of my creations and wanted to offer my gratitude :)
