Etho MindCrack FTB – Episode 10: Underground Operations
MindCrack FTB is a modded Minecraft server Guude has setup for the MindCrackers. It is a private (whitelisted) server. We are currently not accepting applications. Today I give you a little tour of my initial setup. Then we move EthoCorp underground for the time being until our Baj inspired mining operation yields us the vast supply of ores and other goodies needed to setup our enterprise. Etho, the solution to your gravel problem is to build a redpower saw and create cover corners (cut a block in half (saw over block) until covers, then slice in half (saw next to block) twice to get corners). Place a layer of blocks down then place a corner on each block, remove the blocks beneath and then place down your water beneath the corners. Gravel will hit the corner and break even if there is air beneath it and should RARELY cause items to get stopped and will fall through to the water..

ETHO IF YOU PUT SIGNS WHERE THE WATER IS,AND PUT WATER BELOW THAT, you will get rid of the gravel problem! thumbs up so he can see!

etho that diffrent part of the wooden power piop in the output all of the others are the inputs that why some are not working just have more wooden pipes next to eachother with the power supply ontop

Etho probably figured this out, but to anyone else confused: The control settings on the Magma Crucible he was fiddling with don’t disable it directly. The 3 settings are “Don’t care about redstone input” (i.e. work all the time), “Work only when there’s no redstone input” and “Work only when there IS a redstone input”. The 2nd and 3rd settings let you turn it on/off with redstone.
