As far as psionics? Nah, don’t need it. It was fun to mess with it when I was a kid, but it made the game way too easy (in X-COM’s implementation anyway). What irks me, however, is when devs/pubs take a great game/franchise and change its genre entirely like 2K’s FPS XCOM. Firaxis might make a decent job of their project, as they do seem to be 2K’s best qual’d dev for it.I am just being skeptical.
