Around 1:00 to 1:50 – the best weapon for attacking spider spawners is a torch. One torch would have made a lot of difference there (prevent more spawns, and spiders get passive in the light). But good job working together on the second run to get your stuff back. Hope you guys have more success in the next episode! I think area 3 is one of the hardest on the map.
