@wesajarjar On the left side is temporary increase, say you want 5 loaves of bread, then you just + up to 5 on the left side, and you civilians will proceed to bake 5 loaves right then. But if you want it so that you always have 5 loaves of bread at any given time, even if your civilians eat them, then you + 5 on the right side, and as soon as your bread level goes below 5, your civilians will bake more, as long as they are able to.
