You should use shift+click when taking items back from a chest to make sure they all go on to one stack if you already have the item in your inventory. When you found the coal in the chest to make torches near the end of the video, you already had a stack of 48 sticks but then made another stack of 10. You could’ve kept that saddle!

I try to do minecraft tutorials and lets plays! John, what camera or desktop recorder do u you use? Because I fail at most of them because of quality. :)
