You should be able to request favors from your friend except you have to
pay them if they do it. Also you can tie up guards and then they can’t get
up until they’re found. You can put them in the vents and have a prison
above the prison! Take them out one by one!

you can talk to inmates when they are sitting. You just need to be farther
away.
By the way, pushing them off the seats makes them angry.
Also saying no to inmates’ favours makes them angry too.
