		<description><![CDATA[My best guess as to why the button needs to reset the latch is so that it delays the clock. Because it&#039;s only using one clock, it wouldn&#039;t work to let the clock run for the exact amount of time it needs﻿ to switch signals. Instead, if the latch is already on, the clock&#039;s signal is delayed, but the latch needs to be reset in order for it to do any good.

I&#039;m not 100% on this to be honest, but that&#039;s my best guess at why the button resetting the latch and the timing are so important.]]></description>
