Paul i think you should look up Skyrim Soul Gems, there are allot of soul gems, the bigger the soul gem the longer the charge lasts, and the more gems it takes to fill it but still look it up!

Paul FYI two homes you can get for a lower price, in the tavern you where in in the beginning of the video, there is a women in armor, beat her in a fist fight and tell her to follow you, then tell her to trade something with you, take her house key.
The second is go to Riftin find the church and ask to get married pay 200G for an amulet and marry someone you want to marry and move into her, or his house.
Easiest ways to get houses, remember you can remarry unless you hack the game
