No thats a bad idea, the games AI is awful zoning on 2 sides of the street creates traffic problems and if u start with traffic problems they are very hard to make go away

Not a bad idea, using this layout, but cities focusing on different things, like a studying sity, a shoping sity, a population city, i dont know how that will work with trafic going to other cities, but might be a interesting idea.
