International Airport gives you so much crime, it’s ridiculous.

Arcology will flood your city with 4x the amount of unfilled jobs in low and medium wealth. It makes a normal residential city a total nightmare, and adds no tourists. They take the bus and train, but not ferry.

Space Center brings tourists and random $100k cash, but it increases all industry to level 3 and means you need to run colleges or a university (or go without industry like your current city). It’s the best option.

Can you go back to Minecraft? Maybe try a different mod that makes survival more like survival and does not kill it.

Xisuma since you got burnt out on minecraft you should try some overhaluling mods such as BTW or Terrafirma craft ;)
