The population data map will show you how many sims are in each factory/plant, so you can tell how many jobs it provides. Unfortunately there’s no breakdown for wealth classes, but it’s still useful.

You will definitely need to import at least plastic, and swap your recycling plants to all alloy, to keep those four processors going :)
