Xisuma you are placing the wrong trees. Although parks do increase value of land it does not take care of pollution like you want it to. If you keep on scrolling on the nature part, you will find Forest. They cost $50 for every click but they eat ground pollution and take care of the air pollution as well. The problem is that pollution kills them so you have to plop them down again, but they improve the health of your residents and your neighbors.
