Hey Xisuma! When you are trying to place buildings and they snap to a blue “plop point” but there is a red square next to the building, that doesn’t mean you can’t place it – it only means that you lose a potential expansion plot (example: placing the primary school inside the circle). So, you could have placed the primary school inside the circle and expanded it to its limit (4 classrooms) using top floor classroom expansion. Just FYI :)

Also, school bus stops are under the education tab.

To help your freight issue use the trade depot to start and later further upgrades, under the city specialisation, trade
