I am shy and in middle school, but I always try to push it aside and joke around with girls. When we are laughing I don’t feel shy. I feel once your comfortable about something then you can try to shove the nervousness away for just 10 minutes. Then when your in there you see lots of people doing the same thing you are.

No don’t go to the gym D: I tried it for a while but it’s boring and without purpose. Exercise for the sake of exercise is pointless, do something that you can enjoy too. Personally I’ve taken up judo. At the right level of intensity it is not only much more effective but cheaper too.

I get anxious the same as you, so I don’t really go out much. Hopefully I’ll grow out of it, if you can with these sort of things.
