As you’ve been told, it’s in early access, meaning content and
functionality comes first, visuals and making it look less ugly comes last.

… And it doesn’t even look ugly. I think it looks very nice for an early
access game. (Minus how the weapons and tools are held. That’s the only
thing that bothers me.)
