30 million squared isn’t 60 million, it’s 120 million for one. And two, depending on the ammount of chunks in your world, you may have infinite blocks in your minecraft world. Do you mean blocks loaded at a time? because that means it would vary because depending on render distance, chunks will load in smaller sizes. So if doesnt explain chunk loading to you, then get on the minecraft wiki.
