The Direction’al facing Info:

0 & 2 = East & West
1 & 3 = North & South

0 & 2 have ALWAYS had ‘Technical’ issues!
1 & 3 WORK Fine!

It’s called the NSEW Rule in Minecraft, EVERYONE hates it & No-One knows if its a glitch or meant to be like that.
