Hey red3yz :)
you say some of the mobs die and the most of them need 1-2 hit to die :)
i seen your drop XP farm :) and i can see where it go wrong, at the top before they drop down there is water, that is not good for mobs jump on water, that’s why some die:) so be sure there is No water at the last block(floor) before they drop down :)
