Why not have the pots brew all the time and just stock pile them, it’s not like the potions would expired or something.

You only need 2 droppers for (eg) sugar and glowstone dust (unless you are making splash potion)

If you rase the import for the netherwort to 2nd row of torches you will not haft to use repeaters to seprate or torches to invert becus the sekend row of torches are off and making them actvate redstone is cheeper anf will put less delay on the netherwort an make it smaller

Monkey you should make a nether wart farm that is automatic which automatically transports the netherwart to the dropper
