		<description><![CDATA[When a one tick﻿ pulse is delivered to a dispenser, it doesn&#039;t recognize the current, although if you provide power via a torch or lever, it will then notice it, because it checks the blocks up to two blocks away from the dispenser which is why the non connected redstone made it twice as fast. Hope this helps!
