Jason go to a Tool Forge, put you”re Hammer in it, if it says Mining
Level: Obsidian, than you will need to make a new Hammer or Pickaxe, I
recommend you Alumite Hammer, Steel Large Plates, and a green slime tough
rod :D

Cobalt is the fastest in tinkers construct, but if u combine 2 cobalt and 2
ardite and u get manjullyn: the strongest metal in tinkers construct but to
mine it u have to make another metal but it is in mighty smelting and
materials and u v2
