iron golems cant swim why dont you just have it so the baby villegers just
get pushed out cause they swim and iron golems would just fall through

I think the rail didn’t work is because you don’t have on even ground if
that was down on the floor it should work.

Maybe make the minecart carrying a baby leap off an ledge and land on a
cart a couple rows below it after passing the activator rail?
I’m thinking that with a gap and height difference between the rails the
baby villager could drop down to the ground before he has a chance to
connect with the cart again. The activator rail makes whatever’s inside the
cart jump out right in front of it so having a continuous rail would never
work. If my idea doesn’t work then I guess you will have to make it a
manual thing each time a new baby is delivered.
