Nope, if there is only 1 redstone dust on the floor it doesn’t count as a block

What if I want to build it in the air? How am I going to build it without the floor? It doesn’t matter how many redstone there is on the floor – not counting it if there is only 1-2 redstone is stupid.

It fits in a 3x3x3 space and only works in a 3x3x4 space. There’s no way this could be 3x3x2 :P
