Hm, I have had several kinds of lag before, singleplayer does narrow it down, so, even with high FPS, can you describe the kind of lag? e.g, block lag, chunk loading lag, lag spikes, mob lag, LAN problems, walking lag, inventory lag, dimension(nether, end) lag, FPS lag(Possibly on a certain world?), window not responding lag, sticky keys, piston lag, etc….
