you can get a good computer for pretty cheap nowadays, I’m not sure if the site sells to sweden but you can get barebones kits on a website called tigerdirect for pretty cheap, just add in a graphics card and you should be good to go!
one I recently looked at came with everything you needed with 4gb ram, 500gb hard drive, 400w power supply, amd athlon ii x3 3.1ghz and everything for 200 USD
you just gotta look around online for deals
