For easy underwater mining, bring a door with you and place it next to the area you want to mine. Stand in it’s air pocket and mine away at full speed since you’re in air. With the night vision potion, you should be good to go.

JC, I am really enjoying the new LP episodes and really hope you keep this an ongoing series!

With the hardened clay blocks you should change the villagers houses to have that and then when the wheat blocks are craftable use that for the roofs.
