Gold spawns under Y 32, but it’s best to search for it between 2 to 29. And
yes, Endermen do get ‘bored’. Swimming only increases your hunger loss
levels by 1.5 from walking, and that’s barely anything, because you walking
is only 0.01 (per meter) hunger loss, so swimming is 0.015 (per meter).
When the hunger loss level reaches 4, you lose 1 hunger bar.
