AOTD: Some kind of hard oak or tree, that requires at least an iron axe to get the wood. The wood could be used to be crafted into 6 or 8 blocks of wood, used to create a fireplace, or even used to craft actual chairs and furniture.

Palm trees would make for good island resorts and for funny stereotypical “castaway” islands. I also think it would be cool to see a giant Venus Flytrap enemy, which would be stationary but deadly.

I’d like different colored trees when the seasons would change,more animals,bamboo blocks and stairs that would look real nice in a house. Also more and more dangerous enemies,and seedlings that create a giant tree with a thiker log.
