Can someone tell me whats the best way to turn XP into Mob essence and
store it.I tried makin something like this but i had a problem changing my
stored XP at tank to Mob essence

The chance for an end shard is 1.5625%, the chance for a nether shard
is 3.125% (both per kill).

If you didn’t already; break open the floor under the infusion setup and
make a layer of mob heads under it. Type and facing direction doesn’t
matter, just do a bunch, it reads quite a few blocks out to the side. Then
close up the floor again. It is possible to make it 100% stable this way,
but maybe you want to keep it a little less for the challenge

A really good way to do this kind of thing is get a tier 5 soul shard cage.
If you spawn the mobs using a autospawner and then kill them using a soul
stealer 5 sword you get 1024 pretty quickly. The soul cage is better than
the current set-up because it doesnt require energy (apart from a redstone
signal), it doesnt need mob essence (however creates it for free) and
spawns them much faster. Just an idea

Said it before, say it again. BTC should set up a wither spawner using
MFFS. It’s very easy to do. I reckon he could even fully automate it to
farm nether stars with a wither skeleton in an auto spawner, autonomous
activator, flux clever, energrtic infuser, corporeal attractor and a vacuum
hopper for the skulls; a few mffs with skulls, soul sand and explosives for
withers. Need to have careful timing though (probably with a few state
cells), but it should work very well.

The only part I haven’t worked out is extracting the nether stars. Perhaps
a kinetic attractor set up of some type?
