If you mean glitching, like the flashing chunks, I have a fix, I had that problem before too, so the fix is: if you have in settings selected “Multi-Core”, just turn off “OpenGL”, and it will help :)

I changed from Multi-Core to Smooth , and the chunck load was good enough to be able to play , i dont think multicore is really necessary. Greetings from romania :P
