Hmmm just wait till the ghasts get all over it. I had my greenhouse destroys by ghasts because I had a mod wich made more mobs spawn. That was only yesterday. Today I will rebuild it. Note to Paul not best idea to make it outa glass. (It break easliy) Hope it helps.

You could just plant the nether-wart in some sand in some tunnels. They do not need light – they just need soul sand and to stay in the Nether.
