		<description><![CDATA[the spawner bug was simple.. mobs we spawning 1 block out of place. For 
example, I noticed some mobs spawning in the ground and taking suffocation 
damage. It was not a long running but it was one from the previous 
snapshots and they fixed it back to normal﻿]]></description>
