It is kind of too bad that villagers you spawn inside your ship just use
the basic villager AI. It would be neat if you could have a villager “pet”
that follows a special loyalty AI when spawned on your ship. Having them
be able to perform basic tasks on the ship (Ship maintenance, cooking or
organizing inventory?) while you are gone would be nice.

Let me correct my earlier comment. your cowboy voice is like Leonardo
DiCaprio. Also, Django unchained is a cowboy movie and Leonardo is the
villain in the movie

The cowboy hat and snow infantry armor is a good look for Rogers, you
should stick with that.
