The bloody Arena or Arena with 1 heart is simply a room with 2 little boss fights for a 100% chance of an item being in the middle. to enter u have to have 1 red hear of health minimum when u enter but with ??? u can enter any health

you should really think about looking up the items in the wiki if you dont know them ;)

the scroll of whatever that you had gives you a random card btw, that means you can (/should) use it whenever it is ready – you can use the card you get later whenever you want
