Level 12 at the end, yes it seems to be evenly distributed but there are some areas that are slightly denser due to how the terrain generates, ie levels 12-14 and 112-114

that’s what i thought… right now the only thing u can find by stripmining in the nether is quartz, you’ll have to mine foreveer, through countless netherrackblocks. but if you had another ore, you would be pleased more frequently, making stripmining in the nether a more plesant experience. and then, the most logical thing i could think of was glowstoneore :D

So all levels are equal chances for quartz? Or is there a few better than others? What level were you mining on at the end of the video?

you think the difference between the block to ore ratios between the low and the high y=coords is because the block to AIR ratio is higher near the ceiling of the nether?
