16 Hermits verses 16 MindCrackers *(sorry, there’s probably a better name
than that)*
You still start in teams of 2-3 and scattered around the map, however, at
the end of the day your only enemy are players from the other server!
You can go every team for themselves and hope the last player standing is
someone from your server. If you cross paths with a friendly team you must
part ways – with a little leeway time to trade gear.
Or after spawn you can figure out a place (random coordinates, a village,
stronghold or someone builds a team base) where everyone rendezvous there
to consolidate gear.
You can have all 16 players from your server in 1 Team-speak or keep it to
the individual 2-3 player teams. That way communication between teams is
riskier because you have to use chat.

Winning server builds a massive trophy statue to commemorate their
triumphant domination!
