Xisuma, look in the description, it’s a quad witch Farm, not a quad with
Farm :-)

+xisumavoid aren’t you still on 1.8? That would mean that the witch hut
has only two spawning floors for witches at the moment, which means one of
the floors will spawn regular mobs, which explains all the bones and rotten
flesh.
